Manuela Shala Method
The Manuela Shala method is perfect for eliminating water retention and reshaping the silhouette in a targeted manner on the legs or stomach for one hour.
This is a very intense method combining draining and shaping maneuvers. It effectively combats stomach aches (bloating, constipation, etc.) and also improves the appearance of the skin by reducing orange peel skin.
